Capitol County Children’s Collaborative

Capitol County Children’s Collaborative (CCCC), Mercer County’s Care Management Organization (CMO), is dedicated to empowering Mercer County children and families through comprehensive and individualized care and community connection. Referred by a fellow New Jersey CMO, Design 446 was brought on by CCCC for a complete brand refresh. This new brand reflects CCCC’s evolution into a more modern, accessible, and approachable organization for families. From office displays to resource brochures and promotional materials, the refreshed brand helps to build a welcoming and informed community within CCCC for their clients and staff.
