From the very beginning, Design 446 was part of PARQ’s story. Tasked with building a brand identity for this one-of-a-kind master planned community, our team set out to create more than just a look, we curated a lifestyle and sense of placemaking in Parsippany. By defining the feel and culture of PARQ, we helped lay the foundation for a place that blends apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, retail, dining and recreational space into one connected experience. From print materials to digital campaigns and online presence to community signage and light pole banners, every touchpoint was designed to welcome, engage, and inspire. The result is a brand that not only markets PARQ but also creates a true sense of place.
