Residential builder and developer Larken Associates turned to Design 446 to breathe new life into the branding for their Larken Living apartment portfolio. We built on their established corporate identity, adding a fresh, modern energy that is now being used in multiple mediums, including print, social media, signage and leasing environments. Larken Living features these designs in their communities throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, keeping a consistent, polished and recognizable brand.
