MANASQUAN, NJ – It was an evening to look back with admiration on all the exciting achievements of the last year, and a time to look forward with anticipation of what is yet to come. Design 446, a full-service Manasquan-based marketing firm, was honored at the 19th Annual FAME Awards held at South Gate Manor in Freehold on May 19. The firm accepted 23 awards from the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) across an array of categories, including Best Associate Member Direct Mail Piece and Best Associate Member Email Promotion.
The evening featured a two-hour networking cocktail hour followed by an awards presentation. “We are extremely proud and humbled by this recognition and grateful for the opportunity to produce creative marketing solutions for our clients,” said Tom Villane, President of Design 446. “Congratulations to all of this year’s winners.”
Design 446 was on the winning teams of American Properties Realty, Inc., Pultegroup/Del Webb, Kaplan Companies, Pulte Homes, Trinity Dominion and Walters Apartments.
During the event, Design 446 garnered significant praise after being part of the winning team for all five of this year’s Community of the Year award winners. These awards included:
- Adult Community over $450,000: Florham Park – Pultegroup/Del Webb;
- Rental Community more than 200 units: Amaranth at North Brunswick – Kaplan Companies;
- Townhome Community $500,000 and under: Heritage at Middletown – American Properties Realty, Inc.;
- Townhome Community $500,000 and over: Somerville Station – Pulte Homes,
- Affordable Housing Community: Cornerstone at Lumberton – Walters Apartments.
